Petting my cats
Taking a DEEP breath and letting it out slowly
Going for a hike
Doing yoga
Drinking hot cocoa (with marshmallows)
Making a list of everything I need to do
Taking a hot bath
Smelling beautiful, relaxing fragrances
Going for a car ride and listening to music
